Wieland SNS 4084K & 4073K

The SNS 4074K features a bypass input, which allows safety-oriented bypassing of the monitoring function. In this case, the signal must fulfil at least the safety category of the selected monitoring function.

The SNS 4084K standstill monitor provides for the safe monitoring of the frequency of a signal at inputs I1 to I4 of the device. If the frequency of the impulses is higher than the frequency set at the rotary switches, then outputs Q1/Q2 will switch off. This monitoring function can be used to detect the standstill or a lower, safer rotational speed of a machine.

Standstill monitoring for 1- and 3-phases motor without sensor system. Drives of machine tools without movement sensor systems can be monitored with standstill monitoring. The output contacts of the equipment open if the drive moves or there is a failure in the system. The output contacts are potential-free NO contacts, they can be used to lock a safety cover or for an emergency stop function.

The SNO4062K is a standalone safety relay unit with single-channel or two-channel control, automatic/manual reset and reset switch monitoring, cross circuit monitoring, 2 enabling current paths, 1 signalling output, and pluggable screw terminals.

The SNA4043K can be used to monitor safety sensors (emergency stop buttons, safety gate switches, etc.), feature a large number of safety switching contacts (3 NO contacts + 1 NC contact) with a total width of only 22.5mm at a constant current of up to 8 A. They can be implemented in the extended temperature range up to 65° C, and have the ability to be used with automatic start as well as manual start without monitoring.
