Modular Safety Integrated Controller for Safety Functions Management
Mosaic is Modular, Expandable and Configurable. It’s key features:
- MOSAIC is a safety hub able to manage all safety functions of a machinery or plant

Mosaic can manage safety sensors and signals such as: Light curtains, photocells, laser scanners, emergency stops, electromechanical switches, guard-lock safety door switches, magnetic switches, RFID switches, inductive sensors, safety mats and edges, two-hands controls, hand grip switches, encoders and proximities for safety speed control, weight sensors, compression sensors, traction sensors, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, flow sensors, and level sensors.

Mosaic Safety Designer (MSD)
The MSD software is the free of charge, easy to use and intutitive MOSAIC configuration software.
The software includes a simple Drag & Drop configuration of all safety functions, functional validation of design, configuration of parameters of function blocks, real-time monitoring of I/O status, Single or bi-directional 2 or 4 sensor muting function blocks and 2-level password management for prevention of unauthorised access.
