Our History

Founded in 2016, Raju Kotecha established Venus Automation in his garage located in Pymble. He was able to become an exclusive distributor for some of the leading European safety manufacturers such as Wieland Electric, ReeR Safety, ASO Safety Safety Solutions and DOLD. With 30+ years of engineering experience Raju was able to gain a foothold in the safety automation industry,  selling safety PLCs, interlocks and sensors all over Australia. He also earned the trust of Australian manufacturing companies performing safety and validation assessments on their machines.

In February 2018, Raju was able to move into Venus Automation’s first office and warehouse to facilitate his small team of employees. During this time he was able to gradually grow his product range contracting with other leading European manufacturers Pizzato Elettrica and Schlegel.

In late 2021, Anton Szakacs joined the team, operating from Melbourne. Utilising his expert knowledge, Venus Automation has been able to expand our product range to the Wieland connectors and Palazzoli.
