In ReeR’s extensive family of safety light curtains, resolutions (the gap between each beam) varies dependent on application. Resolutions are commonly offered in 14mm, 30mm, 50mm, and 90mm. However, for specific applications such as long-range perimeter guarding, a fewer number of beams is favourable. This is where ADMIRAL by ReeR shine best. ADMIRAL light curtains have a ‘multi-beam’ resolution, which ranges from 2, 3, 4 beams. These beams can also be doubled into couples for applications such as outdoor perimeter guarding to decrease sensitivity and the frequency of false trips.
