The OPKON ERC10 BISS/SSI encoder provides precise absolute position feedback for servo motors using optical sensing. It features a rotating disk with transparent and opaque sections that modulate light, generating a digital signal corresponding to the shaft’s position. Supporting both BISS (Bidirectional Serial Synchronous) and SSI (Synchronous Serial Interface) communication protocols, the ERC10 ensures accurate and reliable data transmission. This encoder is ideal for applications requiring high resolution and consistent position tracking, even after power loss or system resets.
