An SP-COP2 is the heart of a samosPRO Compact system – providing the main CPU, 16 safe inputs + 4 input/outputs + 4 outputs, and Ethernet for programming (COP2-EN) and Ethernet for programming and diagnostics (COP2-ENI) and monitoring. I/O is expandable up to 112 inputs and 56 outputs with expansion cards, while the -P variants allow analog input with blocks for presses and other monitoring. Programming via USB and Ethernet.
